Kaylib Inc. announces Briefile 1.0 Beta FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
February 1, 2006

Kaylib Inc., a provider of Intellectual Property protection solutions, is pleased to announce Briefile 1.0 Beta. The 1.0 Beta is currently undergoing testing by several Beta partners in an effort to work out the final details before the product is released to the market. The product was designed to help people share sensitive information while controlling the amount of time their data is accessible.

Electronic information leaks are a growing problem, brought about by the e-mail revolution and the Internet. More and more sensitive information is finding its way to unauthorized users. Electronic data is growing exponentially, both in the amount of data and the types of data. As a result, protecting an organizations' electronic data has become a very complex problem.

Briefile was designed with two primary ideas in mind. First, to create a simple easy-to-use solution focused on the most common need - to share sensitive information while maintaining control of it. Second, provide a quick-to-setup solution with little financial commitment, unlike several larger solutions in the market that have become very complex and expensive.

The Briefile program is a Windows Application that can be downloaded and installed free of charge. The Briefile program can be used to both read and create briefiles. The initial install provides a ‘test drive’, which allows the user to create ten briefiles before prompting to open an account and continue using the service.

The Product Info page on www.briefile.com web site contains the full details of the features and how the product protects sensitive information. The web site also has a message board, FAQ’s and a development page with additional information about how the product is being used and what new features are going to be included in upcoming releases.
