This license agreement is a legal agreement between you and Kaylib Inc. for the use of the Briefile software product. By using this product you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

The Briefile program can be used to both open and create briefiles. To create briefiles, you are required to open an account and pay for the service. Upon opening an account, you will be issued a software key that will allow you to create briefiles. 

Granted Rights

This license grants you the right to use the Briefile program from any computer. Our model allows you to have as many Briefile program installs, as you want with the same software key. Every time a briefile is created with your software key (no matter how many installed are using that key), a line item will be included on your financial statement with the IP address of the computer that created the briefile. 


Limitations

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Briefile program or Web Site. You may not rent or lease your software key or transfer your rights under this license agreement. Software keys can not be transferred to different accounts.

Availability

Although it is within our best interest to keep the Briefile web server online 100% of the time, we do NOT guarantee that the Briefile web server will by available 100% of the time. Due to uncontrollable natural disasters, technical problems and malicious computer viruses, we CANNOT guarantee that the Briefile web server will be available 100% of the time and therefore we can NOT guarantee that you will be able to read the contexts of your Briefiles 100% of the time. On the other hand, we realize that our customers are depending on the availability of the Briefile web server and we will do everything we can to keep it online.  

Ownership

Kaylib, Inc. retains ownership of the software keys that grant the use of the Briefile product.

Liability

In no event shall Kaylib, Inc. be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of information or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of inability to use this software key, even if Kaylib, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

Without prejudice to any other rights, Kaylib, Inc. may terminate this license agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

General

By installing the Briefile program you acknowledge that you have read this license agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
